Associations are essential to the municipality of Hesperange

The municipality of Hesperange is home to many associations, covering sports, music, art and many other fields. Depending on your interests, you can join a club, become a member and get involved in your free time. It’s a great way to meet new people and do something for others.

The municipality actively supports the associations, and their members regularly help during celebrations, such as those in the Hesperange park.

Every association is happy to have motivated volunteers.

Sports

There are many sports clubs in the municipality of Hesperange. If you’re interested in one or more sports, get in touch with one of the association’s representatives or trainers.

You’ll be able to participate in training sessions, attend matches, become a trainer or join the association’s committee. Besides the sports activities, you can also help out at events.

Music

Do you enjoy music? Besides the Hesperange Music School, there are two local bands in the municipality of Hesperange: the Hesper Musek and the Fanfare Izeg.

The municipality of Hesperange also offers opportunities for singers. So if you play an instrument or enjoy singing in a group, you’ll find enthusiastic contacts across our five localities.

Scouts stand for values such as helpfulness, respect, responsibility and commitment.

We are proud to have two active scouting groups in our municipalit: the Howald Scouts (Don Bosco group) and the Hesper Kriibsen in Alzingen.
